Monica spent her childhood and teen years dancing and performing. She started to pursue other forms of fitness her senior year in high school and finding alternative ways to stay in shape and feel healthy due to some dance injuries she had encountered after years of training. She actively taught dance and fitness classes while earning her Master’s Degree in elementary teaching, but after having her two boys, she took a hiatus in order to focus on her family and teaching academics. Monica is certified in Barre Flow and is ready to challenge clients with consistent, engaging, and rewarding workouts each week!
