Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The owner of The Hot Yoga Spot, Jessica Fuller, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in March of this year. She is sharing her journey this month to help raise awareness and funds to fight Breast Cancer and help other women who are battling the disease.
13% of women will get Breast Cancer and finding it early is a crucial step in fighting it effectively. It is happening to younger women every year and anyone can get it- early detection is key to finding it fast and fighting it effectively. Free Classes For All Cancer Survivors and Supporters
We want to help provide yoga and wellness offerings for those going through cancer and the people who love them. This is in an effort to help you love yourself and your body and have a mental reset from the challenges of going through cancer treatment.
We have created a program at The Hot Yoga Spot so cancer patients/survivors can enjoy 1 free class at The Hot Yoga Spot each month. You can take this class at any of our locations and can bring 1 support person with you to class. Fill out the form below to claim your free class.
