Liz is a multi-certified fitness and wellness professional dedicated to helping people move with confidence, strength, and joy at every stage of life. She completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco in 2006 and has since expanded her expertise with additional training in vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga across California and New York.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and specialist in Corrective Exercise and Women’s Fitness, Liz takes a holistic approach to movement—blending science, compassion, and fun to create safe, effective, and enjoyable experiences for her students.
When she’s not teaching, Liz is often dancing with the Marcus Rogers Dance Company, cheering on her daughter Gina with her husband, or embracing the simple joys of community, travel, and staying active in everyday life.
