With a background in healthcare and occupational therapy, Danii teaches yoga with a strong focus on how the body actually moves and feels. She completed her 200-hour training in Indonesia, where she developed a love for intentional movement, deep stretching, and creating classes that feel both grounding and freeing. Danii recently relocated to the Capital Region from California and is so excited to join The Hot Yoga Spot team.

Her classes blend slow, restorative moments with fun, creative vinyasa flows, always offering options so students can move in a way that feels good for their bodies. Expect thoughtful sequencing, attention to joint health and nervous system regulation, and a mix of music that keeps the energy light, uplifting, and approachable.

Danii’s goal is to create a welcoming space where students can slow down to connect with their bodies, and also enjoy movement without pressure or perfection. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, her classes are designed to help you leave feeling more open and ready for your day.
