Cory
Cory began practicing yoga in 2018 and was drawn to its unique ability to strengthen both body and mind. After earning his RYT-200 certification from Styles Yoga and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine, he became committed to helping others discover the transformative benefits of supporting both physical and mental well-being.
With a teaching style rooted in mindfulness and presence, Cory views yoga as a moving meditation. His classes encourage students to build a strong foundation while developing flexibility, mobility, and confidence through a supportive and accessible practice.
