Cory
Cory’s love for yoga blossomed in 2018 while attending class at The Hot Yoga Spot. After initially experiencing the strong mental and physical health benefits from yoga, he has been habitually refining his practice for the past several years. Obtaining a RYT-200 certification via Aaron Styles' mentorship at Styles Yoga was an inspiration to motivate Cory to help others experience these similar benefits. He strives to show how important mindfulness can be to anyone practicing yoga, how it can greatly enhance enjoyment of day-to-day life, as well as assist in discovering one's physical potential.
Meditation, outdoor cardio, and rock climbing are part of Cory's routine, while yoga provides added strength and enjoyment to all of these activities and the like. Cory is also a musician and believes that music is an invigorating force on and off the mat.
Using the breath as a foundation, Cory is focused on making yoga a moving meditation. He upholds a mindful viewpoint on keeping the practice inclusive and motivating. He is always looking to connect with others by flowing and letting go of life's worries while on the mat.
