Chris began his yoga journey in 2022. He had started yoga to supplement his 17 years of martial arts training. Unfortunately, he experienced a severe knee injury and with that, the decision to focus on rehab thru yoga was made.

With consistent patience and practice his knee had healed.

Experiencing the power yoga has to heal the body/mind/spirit, Chris completed his 200 hour teacher training with Styles Yoga in 2025. Chris likes to lead a high energy practice, when appropriate, with a continually changing playlist.
