Bri brings an athlete's mindset and a teacher's heart to every class. A competitive athlete from a young age, she channeled that drive into endurance sports in her early 20s; running marathons and logging miles on the bike. She has been practicing yoga for more than a decade, using it as a foundation for strength, flexibility, and longevity in the sports she loves.

Her background spans coaching cheer, basketball, and soccer, and she holds certifications in BarreFlow and Envision Yoga. A dedicated student of movement, Bri regularly attends workshops and retreats - she draws from a wide range of fitness disciplines to keep her classes fresh, creative, and challenging. Expect to be pushed and to surprise yourself.

For Bri, group fitness is about more than the workout. It's about community, and the belief that showing up for each other makes the world a little better. Outside the studio, she's pursuing her doctorate and works in healthcare technology and AI.
