Andrea brings a lifelong background in ballet to her yoga teaching, blending precision, strength, and mindful breath to cultivate both power and ease. Since moving to the Capital Region in 2022, she has been an active member of The Hot Yoga Spot community, deepening her commitment to yoga through her 200-hour teacher training with Styles Yoga.

Her classes emphasize alignment and intentional transitions, helping students build the mobility and confidence to challenge their own limits. In her spare time, she loves to read, dance, and eat chocolate, though not necessarily in that order.
