The Hot Yoga Spot’s fifth location opened in November 2015.

Situated off of Broadway in Grant Plaza, our Saratoga Springs yoga studio offers more than 40 weekly yoga and barre sessions from the Capital Region’s most talented instructors. The Hot Yoga Spot in Saratoga Springs has two large studios which allow for a robust class schedule with both beginner and advanced classes offered simultaneously. This yoga studio offers men's and women's locker rooms with multiple showers and changing space, a reception complete with cubbies for storing items during class, a boutique, and a lounge.
