Samantha is a passionate yogi who embarked on her hot yoga journey at the age of 12. A decade later, she achieved her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Bali with House of Om. As an instructor, Samantha finds immense joy in teaching all levels of invigorating vinyasa classes, creating a nurturing atmosphere for students to relax while exploring the boundaries of their mind and body safely.
Her flows are thoughtfully designed to emphasize the importance of breath to help students gracefully enter and exit poses as well as find both control and depth in their practice. Samantha's teaching philosophy revolves around helping students tune into their intuition, empowering them to follow their own unique cadence and inner voice.
She designs her flows to be accessible for all levels, striking the perfect balance between a fulfilling workout and deep relaxation.
