Kayla first fell in love with yoga in 2007 while studying abroad in Australia. A self-proclaimed “adrenaline junkie,” and former ballet dancer, she has explored many different “paths to fitness.” In doing so, Kayla has found that yoga offers the best way to overall mental and physical well-being. Kayla has many passions in life, including traveling, meeting open-hearted and open-minded people from all walks of life and yoga. She believes that the practice of yoga is for anyone and everyone. Kayla trained for her yoga teacher certification at The Hot Yoga Spot through Jennilee Toner’s Hot Warrior Yoga program in early 2013 and has been teaching ever since. She has grown in both her passion as a teacher and in her desire to share her passion with others. Kayla also loves helping people achieve her fitness goals which is why she studied to be a personal trainer in 2012. She also completed her barre certification in early 2015 through IBBFA so she can help those at The Hot Yoga Spot change their bodies and their lives.
