Julie is a 200 hr RYT. She first fell in love with yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot more than a decade ago and went on to obtain her training through Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot.
She started practicing yoga as a means of dealing with stress and anxiety. Yoga has helped her regulate her nervous system and create important moments of calm and peace. Julie get much joy out of sharing a mindful, invigorating yoga practice with her students.
