Erin’s enthusiasm for fitness began when her father brought her to the school track to run laps as a little girl. She dedicated years to running and eventually found that incorporating strength training and yoga into her life greatly benefited both her body and mind. Erin’s Hot HIIT class offers a beat based workout that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio. The class includes modifications so that all levels of experience and bodies are welcome. Erin is a certified yoga teacher (200 YTT Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health), kids yoga instructor (OM Schooled), and Hot HIIT instructor.
