Gentle Hot Yoga

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga incorporates a set of 26 postures taught with two specific breathing exercises and practiced in a very hot room of 105 degrees. The same sequence is taught in each class so you can track your progress and grow both physically and mentally.
