Dawn began practicing yoga in 2012 at The Hot Yoga Spot as an outlet for stress and a tool to help manage tension. She quickly realized that through the power of her breath that she was able to sit with discomfort more easily, both on and off the mat. Since then, yoga has been a consistent part of her life and she aims to always be a student of the practice as she firmly believes the knowledge yoga provides is limitless. She completed her 200-hour training through High Peaks Yoga in 2020 at The Hot Yoga Spot Saratoga.
Dawn's classes will always provide creative flows, build heat and aim to strengthen the core. Her flows are designed to release energy through a challenging physical practice in order to calm the mind and have a strong emphasis on alignment.
Dawn is also a NASM certified personal trainer and is currently earning her masters in nutrition. Off the mat you can find her enjoying yoga or HIIT workouts, hanging with her pitbull Tyson, or traveling with her husband.
