Ciara has been practicing and loving yoga for more than 10 years. In January 2021, she earned her RYT-200 accreditation through Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot. For Ciara, practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness have been very effective in relieving anxiety and chronic pain. Ciara is honored to have the opportunity to teach and share the benefits of yoga with her students, while deepening her practice.
Outside of the studio, Ciara enjoys spending time with her dog Xena, playing ultimate frisbee, lifting, writing music and cooking.
