No problem! We accept drop ins for every yoga class or barre workout. To attend a session without a reservation, arrive 15 minutes early to sign up and pay in person.

Arrive on time.

The Hot Spot Yoga studio in Latham opens 15 minutes before any session starts and the door locks promptly when class begins. To avoid getting locked out and missing class, arrive early.

Participate In Yoga Sessions At Various Levels

The Hot Spot Yoga’s Latham location is proud to help introduce more members of the community to yoga sessions and barre workouts. We offer over 200 weekly sessions that cater to a wide variety of ability levels, from beginner to intermediate hot yoga and advanced yoga. In fact, several of our yoga studio’s group fitness classes are available and cater to all fitness levels. Not sure which level you may be? Several Yoga Class & Barre Workout Styles

Our Latham location — like our several other locations across New York — offers several different yoga classes and barre workouts, so you can pick and choose what activity level you’d like to participate in. Our Beginner Sessions, for example, are built to introduce new members to this form of exercise with slower movements and more focus on the basic foundations of yoga. Other more advanced yoga classes are also available for students who have a little more experience or want to try something new; this includes our Baptiste yoga sessions, taught in a very hot environment and designed to sculpt and tone your body. If you’re looking for a barre workout, consider our Barre Bootcamp, with high-intensity, low-impact activity that combines elements from several different movement styles.
