Yoga Teacher Training

The Hot Yoga Spot is happy to offer an amazing yoga teacher training program that was created by Jennilee Toner.  Hot Warrior Yoga is a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training program that combines the best of hot hatha and hot vinyasa yoga.  Upon completion of this course you are certified to teach yoga at any studio, gym, health club or location of your choosing.

When: 9 Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) over 6 Months

Make Up Days: Make up days and field trips are provided multiple times throughout the training so there are plenty of opportunities to make up missed time.

6:00-7:00       Dinner 
7:00-9:00       Yoga Philosophy, Electives, Presentations, Movie

12:00-2:00    Pose Specific Vinyasa Flow Class
2:00-3:00      Anatomy of a Vinyasa Class
3:00-4:00      Lunch
4:00-7:00      Posture Clinic: Teach the Asanas

Training Cost:  
$2625 -Includes all weekends of training & a light vegetarian lunch/dinner for each day of training.
$100 Discount -You are eligible for this discount if you have attended over 50 sessions at The Hot Yoga Spot over the last 52 weeks.

Application Process:
-- Email The Hot Yoga Spot to receive the Teacher Training Application or pick up an application in person at The Hot Yoga Spot.
-- Set up an appointment to submit completed application and payment.
-- If not rendering full payment when applying, you may submit a non-refundable $625 deposit to secure your space in the program.

Yoga and the Path of the Urban Mystic by Darren Main (read by Day 1 of training)
